Terms & Conditions

The company Nord Collection ApS (CVR: 38406760) operates the following hotels and apartments hotels: Apēron Apartment Hotel, Rosenborg Hotel Apartments, STUDIO1A Hotel Apartments, SleepCph, Nord Hotel Apartments and City Square Hotel Apartments. The address of the company is Frederiksberggade 19, 3 1459 København K. In the following Nord Collection ApS will be called “Nord Collection”.

The below terms and conditions apply to all reservations and stays at a Nord Collection hotel. By accessing and making a booking through any online platform the Customers agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

Payment, cancellation & modification

Payment Policy

We accept payment with the following cards: VisaDankort, Visa card, Mastercard, American Express card and China UnionPay from customers worldwide.
It is not possible to pay by cash or bank transfer.
All prices are listed in Danish Kroner and include VAT 25%.

Nord Collection reserves the right to ask for identification that matches the identity of the credit card holder and also reserves the right to cancel the reservation should we suspect that the reservation is booked with a stolen credit card.

For reservations made more than 7 days in advance, we collect payment 7 days prior to arrival. Nord Collection will reserve the right to cancel a reservation if the payment cannot be made with the credit card registered.

It is not possible to pay on site at arrival. We operate as self check-in hotels without a physical reception.

We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if we are unable to charge the credit card given upon reservation.

Cancellation & Modification Policy

For direct bookings on our direct website

If the room price is influenced by a weekly or monthly discount Nord Collection reserved the right to remove this discount should the stay be shortened in a way so the stay is no longer a week or a month respectively.
For reservations booked through a third party platform, such as Airbnb, Booking.com etc. it applies that they are subject to the cancellation terms as stated on the booking platform when the reservation is made.
If you choose a non-flexible / non-refundable reservation it cannot be refunded, modified or moved to other dates once it is made.
Any refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from the initiated cancellation and the money will be refunded to the credit card used for the payment.


If you do not notify us beforehand and do not check in at the latest 10 AM the day after the arrival date stated on your booking confirmation, your booking will be considered as No-Show, and you forfeit your right to use the apartment / room for the remaining nights you have booked. Any reservation that has not been checked in by 10 AM the day after the arrival date, without prior notice, will be cancelled without refund.
Please note that if you wish to make use of the reservation after the original arrival date, it is your responsibility to contact Nord Collection no later than on the scheduled check-in date.

Reservation information

Price guarantee

When you book directly on our website, we guarantee that you will be getting the best online price. Should you find a lower price on another website please book here anways – we will match the price and give you other perks on top such as complimentary late check-out, most flexible cancellation policy and more. Contact us on guestsupport@nordcollection.dk to use the price guarantee and send us the link and screenshot of the price.

When comparing prices with other external portals’ prices, you must be aware that the number of persons, arrival date, length of stay, room type, cancellation terms and package contents, are the same at both offers before you can make an accurate assessment of prices.
The competing rate must be viewable and bookable to the general public. A bookable rate means that the rate is available and can be reserved online.
Most internet Web sites are included in our price guarantee. Examples, but not limited to, are Booking.com, Expedia.com, Hotels.com, HRS.com.

The price guarantee does not apply to prices found in any other currency than Danish kroner (DKK).
To use the price guarantee the guest should forward documentation with screenshot and link to the price and the price has to include all taxes and fees.

Discount codes

For discount codes to be valid they need to be added before the booking is finalized. Requesting for a discount code to be added after the reservation is confirmed is not possible.
It is the guest’s own responsibility to check that the discount code has been deducted from the final price before completing the reservation.

Extra charges

Please note that additional charges may be applied should the guest fail to abide by the House rules causing damages to the apartment or room and it’s interior.
For full understanding please see the House rules below.

The guest, or whoever is the guarantor for the reservation, is responsible for damage to property resulting from negligent or irresponsible behaviour by guests or visitors.
In case of violation of the House rules, Nord Collection will reserve the right to claim compensation for extra cleaning and damages of the apartment or room.

Check in and check out

Check in begins at 2 PM but we love to provide complimentary early check in when possible. Early check in is based upon availability and when possible is offered from 10 AM at the earliest.

Check out is 10AM for most of our properties. However, if you want to sleep a bit longer, you can order a late check out at 12 PM directly through the in-room tablet.
For all bookings made directly through our website we offer complimentary late check out at 12 PM / noon.

We reserve the right to charge an extra fee of one additional night should the check out time not be respected.

If you are already staying with us and are looking to extend your stay, we kindly ask you to do this either through our website or by contacting our reception team and they will be happy to assist you.

Registration / check-in form

In order for the check in process to be as smooth as possible, the quickest way to check in is to complete the check-in form you have received prior to your arrival.

The check-in form is mandatory for the guest in which name the booking is made, and who is responsible for the booking. Without a correctly filled out check-in form – including valid ID, such as government ID or passport/ drivers license – you will not be able to stay at our hotels. It is the guests responsibility to make sure that the check-in form is correctly filled out.

If for some reason you have problems completing the form, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

Age restrictions

Guests younger than 18 years old are not allowed to stay on their own. Staying guests have to be accompanied by at least one legal guardian over 18 years old. Nord Collection reserves the right to cancel the booking if no valid ID can be produced – please contact us before you make your reservation if you are in doubt.

Cleaning fee

All bookings include a cleaning fee that covers the final cleaning done when you leave the apartment or room. The amount charged varies depending on the apartment or room type. The cleaning fee does not cover any extra cleaning performed during your stay.

If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please contact the reception team for more information. Mid-stay cleanings can be purchased at an additional cost.
Alternatively, you will find a vacuum cleaner in all apartments that you as guests are welcome to use.


We do not offer breakfast at any of our properties. However the reception team will be happy to assist with suggestions for where to have breakfast in the city.
All apartments have a full functioning kitchen. The kitchens are stocked with complimentary coffee, tea, salt and olive oil. Contact the reception team if you are running out any of this during your stay and we shall be happy to restock it for you. For rooms without a kitchen there is a common kitchen available for your use.

Number of guests

In the room/apartment, it is only allowed to be the number of guests that the booking was made for, unless there is a previously existing agreement with the hotel. We reserve the right to ask additional guests to leave the room/apartment and we reserve the right to terminate the reservation without any refund – This will happen in cases where it’s likely the purpose of the extra guests were to party and/or we find it’s likely other house rules will be broken.

Access code

We are using unique generated codes which are giving our guests access to the building and the room/apartment they have booked.
This code is to be shared only with the people using the apartment/room. If we record people who are not officially registered to be using the code, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the room/apartment.

Child policy

Children of any age are welcome. Children aged 3 years and above are considered adults at this property.
We provide complimentary baby cot for the youngest children (0-2 years old). Please note that while we happily provide a baby cot, the guests will have to bring their own bed linen.

Linen included

Bed linen and towels are included when booking an apartment or room at one of the properties of Nord Collection. We prepare the apartment or room according to the number of guests registered on the reservation. Should you need extra towels or a change of linen during your stay please contact the reception team.


Your satisfaction is important to us. Please always contact our reception team, if you have questions or concerns. They will assist in sorting out any misunderstandings. In the event that we are unable to resolve the matter you are welcome to write to guestsupport@nordcollection.dk.

Lost & Found

We take no responsibility for forgotten or lost effects and we can not guarantee that what you’ve forgotten during your stay will be found. Please note that for any items found shipment is always paid for by the guest.

Hotel policies

If any house rules are violated or ignored, Nord Collection reserves the right to terminate the reservation without providing a refund of any payment paid for the booking. Nord Collection will not be legally responsible to find any alternative accommodation.

Nord Collection reserves the right to refuse the Guest entry to the property if the Guest or any member of the Guest’s party (or any other person invited by the Guest to the property) are behaving in an illegal manner.

Nord Collection reserves the right to refuse the Guest entry to the property if any damage is likely to be caused, has been caused or is being caused as a result of the Guest behavior or the behavior of any persons the Guest has invited to the property.

The Guest agrees to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by local laws.


The guest is aware and accepts that common areas of the hotel are under CCTV surveillance and that a security guard will be at the hotel during the night.


Pets or other animals are not allowed. If ignored it will result in a fine of 7.500 DKK.

Quiet Hours and noise policy

We require that it is quiet between 10 PM and 8 AM. This is enforced in order to ensure all guests have the best possible stay at our hotels. It goes without saying that all staying guests should be respectful of their neighbors.

Excessive noise at any hour of the day, especially if it is prolonged, will not be tolerated.

Party and event policy

It is not allowed to host parties or events at any of our properties. In case this rule is ignored the guests will be obliged to leave the hotel premises immediately with no refunds. Furthermore, extra charges will be applied to cover any need for extra cleaning or repair of damages caused. Any exception to the rule is only allowed with the advance written consent of Nord Collection.

Smoking and drug use

Smoking and any other substance abuse is not permitted anywhere on Nord Collection property neither inside nor outside in the yard.
Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy will result in a fine of 7.500 DKK and possible termination of the reservation without the option of refund.
Candle, incense, and essential oils (diffusing, vaporizing, etc.) are also prohibited.
Likewise is the use of laughing gas, also known as Nitrous oxide prohibited. These items and activities will be treated as smoking.

Commercial use of our hotels

We do not allow apartments or rooms to be used for commercial purposes without an agreement with Nord Collection beforehand. The Guest commits to not use the property for any illegal or commercial purpose, including but not limited to sub-lease the property or otherwise allowing anyone or more people to stay above the maximum permitted or if not previously agreed with Nord Collection.

Access during stay

The Guest must allow Nord Collection or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, to access the property at any reasonable time during the stay.
In case of an emergency, Nord Collection reserves the right to gain access to the apartment / room without advance notice. This includes if a problem needs sorting out quickly and the guest cannot be contacted in time. In these situations, the owner can enter the property at any time without giving you prior notice.

Kitchen usage

The ovens and micro ovens installed in our kitchens are used for heating only food and not any other items. It is prohibited to use the ovens/micro in a way that causes smoke. Any wrong usage of the ovens/micro ovens that causes the automatic fire alarm to off-set will result in a fine of 7.500 DKK. The automatic fire alarm will only activate if heavy smoke is developing. The size of the fine is determined by the Fire Department, that charges for driving to the hotel.
